The Santé leadership team is committed to creating spaces, structures and resources to support the Santé community. That means things like producing content, facilitating activities, and managing the website, finances, communications, and fundraising.

Kate worked in Afghanistan from 2004 to 2013 as a Christian humanitarian aid worker. She learned the local language and developed deep and lasting friendships with local Afghans. Prior to moving to Afghanistan, Ms. McCord worked in the international corporate community as a business process and strategy consultant. Currently, Ms. McCord serves Christ through writing, speaking, and providing spiritual direction. She is the author of “Why God Calls us to Dangerous Places”, “In the Land of Blue Burqas”, and “Farewell Four Waters”, all published by Moody Publishers.

Elaine and her family served as overseas missionaries for 8 years. Elaine is also an experienced Workshop Facilitator, prayer and inner healing minister, pre-marital counselor and ministry leader.
Elaine is wife, mother and grandmother.
Amy Gill-Price is a Chaplain Intern, prayer and inner healing minister, speaker and workshop facilitator. She’s an experience small group leader and Bible teacher. Amy has provided leadership, training, and encouragement for two 4 week new fieldworker training programs in Afghanistan.
Amy is also a wife, mother, and grandmother.
Allie Wong serves with the Navigators in Burlington, Vermont where, in addition to developing and discipling college students, she lives in an intentional living community which seeks to build relationships in and among the city’s under-resourced and refugee populations. Allie also serves in local, regional and national capacities to help develop training on cultural intelligence for sharing and teaching the Gospel in varied environments. Prior to living in Burlington, Allie served on staff with the Navigators at New York University where she studied Human Rights, Peace and Nonviolent Activism as an undergraduate.
