Ah, this is the last of our Jesus’s Kingdom teachings micro-stories. This one packs a powerful message.
I hope this journey has been fruitful for you. If you’ve been following along, please take a moment to send us your feedback.
Next Activity…Exploring the images of God with images
Next week, we’ll explore the images of God in images. We’ll reflect on the metaphors God’s given us to understand who he is. I’ll post an image of my own choosing along with the metaphor for the week. I’ll encourage you to find your own image to express your perceptions of the metaphor of God.
Find our image
We’ll post our image on this website and on our Santé FaceBook Community Group each Thursday. Expect unexpected images.
Share your image
If you’re on FaceBook, you can share your chosen image with others who are also sharing their image. We’ll be sharing our images and comments on our Santé Community Page.

Look for the fruit
Our minds process images differently than we process words. Consider this popular example:
You recognized the circle much more quickly than you recognize the text. That’s because our minds process visual images quickly and efficiently. We also process such information in a different space in our brain. So when we engage with images, we receive and process that information in a different place in our brains. When the images are about God, we’re inviting the Spirit to speak into another part of our minds. We are broadening our active experience of God. We enter conversation with the Spirit of God in different way than we normally do.
Every conversation with God bears fruit in our lives.
